We have also attended to Bond cancellations for First National Bank for nine years.

Conveyancing

Conveyancing involves the transfer of the right of ownership of land or immovable property from one person to another; the hypothecation of immovable property and the execution of various acts with respect to immovable property. We prepare Title Deeds; Mortgage bonds and various documents for registration in the offices of the Registrar of Deeds.  We deal with the registration process at the Deeds offices, drafting and signing of the necessary documentation and all compliance procedures to abide by all current legislation.
